The Flat:
The flat is ONE MINUTE from Balham tube station on Balham High Road. (Basically opposite the station entrance)
(Northern Line tube as well as regular overground trains to Victoria & London Bridge), has WIFI Broadband and full SKY Plus package.

The flat is only few years old, built on top of a 1930s office block. It has a massive 80 square feet roof terrace in which I’ve created a fantastic garden! During the summer it doubles the space of the flat & it is the ideal space for barbeques and Pimms lemonade.

It takes JUST 15 minutes to the city, (Direct Northern Line via Bank every 2 minutes) and 20 minutes to Oxford Circus (simply by crossing the platform to Victoria line in Stockwell) and weekend night tube service.
