THE HOUSE: Victorian style that is spread over several floors. We have a patio out the back with washing-line, barbecue, table and chairs. Shared living room and very large kitchen/dining area. Lots of storage and cupboard space, everywhere. Cleaner of communal areas included in rent.
THE HOUSEMATES: We are a group of young professionals that sometimes socialise together. The house is surprisingly quiet over the weekend and never feels crowded. We are looking for a friendly and relaxed person to enjoy our house and make it their home.
We do not smoke in the house but you are free to do so in the patio garden.
