The room is flooded with natural light, has lots of storage, has solid oakwood flooring and is ideal for a single professional occupant.
Rent with all bills included is £1020. Or £910 without bills. Available from 01 September.

HOME: Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, oak flooring throughout, gas central heating and all double glazed windows. All fittings, appliances and white goods are of premium spec - you will have a comfortable stay.
KITCHEN: Equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Vitamix, oven, fridge and freezer, induction hob and extractor. All kitchen pots and pans , crockery and cutlery crockery are included for your use. Also pantry space for your kitchen stuff. And Fridge, freezer shelves of course!
BATHROOM: Shared (with me) bath-shower + toilet with bidet douche- with plenty of installed shelf space for your toiletries. Water pressure is very good.
GARDEN: Sizeable south west facing, neat back garden, with a porcelain tiled good sized patio, garden tables and chairs and a waterproof, solid garden shed - should you need to store a suitcase or two.
STREET: The house is on a quiet, green residential road - very safe and you will never hear any street noise.
YOU: You are a full time working professional too. You are also sociable, quiet, clean and tidy and a conscientious and polite housemate.

ME: I am an strategy and digital transformation consultant. Currently work all week days days from an office. I am relaxed, friendly, quiet, clean and respectful. Active, avid traveller and scuba diver. Social but space is given and expected . I am a vegetarian. You are very welcome to eat, drink or cook whatever you like though.
TENURE: Minimum let is fixed for 6 to 12 months after which we can renew for 6 or 12 months and give notice on a rolling two month mutual basis.
SHORT LETS: Shorter lets are sometimes possible. Please enquire. They will naturally be priced higher than standard long term and on a per week basis.
NEIGHBOURHOOD: We are within the upscale Hyde Farm Conservation Estate of Balham. Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, gyms, yoga studios, library, swimming pools, salons, corner shops and all forms of conveniences are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house.
