The recently refurbished flat includes open plan kitchen / living area with large bright windows and a balcony, two bathrooms both with power showers.

Current flat mates are two female and 1 male professionals in their mid 20's and are looking for a laid back tidy flat mate (male or female).

The room is available on the 31st July with a deposit of £900 and a small admin fee, rent is £676 per month (bills, Internet and sky included) we have a cleaner which is an added £20 cash per month.
