We are a very easy-going and chilled house. Currently sharing a relaxed and respectful home with 2 girls and 1 guy, and we are looking another become our 4th housemate in January.

This is a spacious, quiet and bright double room with a double bed, wardrobe, and large window.

The house is within 1 minute’s walking distance of the tube and overground, as well as shops, bars, gyms, restaurants and three large parks - all on the doorstep and within easy walking distance. Balham is a nice, relaxed area with a number of good bars, cafés and restaurants.

All bills come to around £60–£80 a month, covering:
Gas / Electricity / Council Tax / Super-fast Broadband / Water
