Double room in beautiful homely garden flat

Hello,

I am looking for a housemate to share a lovely ground floor garden flat in Balham.

The room is fully furnished (bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves) and has french doors that lead onto the garden.

I've been living in the flat for 2 years, it has a very homely feel to it. There is a large living/dining room and open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/drier and... a garden with a bbq! :) (Luxury in London!)

Balham is a nice safe area with lots of families and young professionals. There is everything you need: restaurants, coffe shops, bakeries, supermarkets...etc. It's also amazing for brunch!

A bit about me, my name is Aurélie, I just turned 30 (!) and I'm a Senior Customer Success Manager for an eCommerce startup. I am originally from the South West of France (think Bordeaux, red wine, cheese and sun!) but I have lived here for 7 years now. I am easy going, love spending time with my friends, working out, brunching (I am a huge foodie!) and reading/chilling in front of Netflix on a Sunday afternoon.

I am looking for a considerate and CLEAN housemate who would be treating the flat like their home. Someone easy going who would be happy to enjoy the odd dinner/glass of wine sometimes but who also has their own life and friends. Think baked camembert, cheese and wine night, raclette machine and Nutella cheesecake. 😉
Happy to share with either a guy or a girl (preferably girl) as long as we get on and you'd be happy with the above. Sorry, no couples.

Finally the admin bit, the room is £875 + bills on top which rarely exceed £100.
There will be an agency admin/referencing fee of £200 + the deposit of £1246.15 and different checks.
The room is available now and you'll join the current lease which ends on 28th February 2020, there is a 6 month break clause at the end of August.
