Hi there! I’m looking for a new flat-mate for the large double room available in my top-floor flat. It’s a massive, very light room with a double bed, with built in storage, as well as two built in cupboards. The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard with laminate flooring throughout, a state of the art bathroom and modern kitchen, equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The sitting room is also a good size and is lovely and bright. There is also a private garden for you to use. We have ample storage downstairs for bikes etc and there’s a large loft in the flat as well.

The flat is moments away from the bars and restaurants of Balham and is a 5 min walk from Balham tube and train station. There is also a large Sainsbury and Waitrose in easy walking distance.
Electricity and gas bills are included in the price.
