Hi I have a spacious extra size double room for rent in Balham, with loads of closet space. It is in a spacious 2nd floor flat on a popular street less than 5mins walk from overground and underground links. Close to Tooting bec common Balham leisure center amenities of Balham high street a 10 minute walk to Tooting lido. Included are back garden road side parking wi-fi a cleaner once every two weeks for common areas more if required. This is for a more mature person sociable but mostly do our own thing, it is not a party household, but it is easy going and friendly.
