Hi there,

My brother has bought a flat so I'm looking to replace him in our flatshare, we've been here for 2 years now and it's a dream location. We have a great landlady who is very responsive and the flat itself is really spacious and homely.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, sociable and would like to get involved with things every now and again. Ideally 30+

The move in date would be the 22nd of November

The room:
it can fit a king sized bed in the corner, has a door leading to the garden and is on the quiet side of the house.
It also comes with the office to make up for the difference in size between the two.

Bills:
come to roughly £200 a month each. £50-£60 gas/electric, £15 internet, £100 council tax, water £30

About me:
I'm Simon, I work as a Software engineer remotely. I tend to have a lot of hobbies and interests, including tailoring, music, travel, cooking, photography the list goes on. I love having friends over for dinner or games nights every now and again too!

Details:
We deal with the landlord directly and she sorts any issues we have out immeditatley which is super nice to have!
The usual referencing checks(steady income, steady employment etc will be needed)
