I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in our spacious flat in the iconic Barbican Estate.

The room is available from the 21st of September to 14th of October.

Ideal for someone looking for an almost month stay in one of London's most sought-after architectural gems.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly, easygoing professionals – Nicholas, Ed, and Becca – who work in creative fields and London office gigs. I’m a queer woman, and the flat has always been a relaxed, mixed-gender space with a warm and respectful vibe.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe – perfect if you work from home or need a quiet space to focus. The flat itself is bright and spacious, with large windows and access to the beautiful Barbican gardens – a rare green haven in the middle of the city. There’s also private bike storage, which is a huge bonus if you cycle.

The weekly cost is £230 so the total stay would be £755.

The deposit is £200.
