The apartment is situated over 2 floors with a separate entrance. The kitchen is large and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microvawe, oven).
Bus 419 stops right in front of fhe building, convenience store and post office is literally next door.

We are 3 friendly professionals (1 lady and 2 gentlemen). Looking for frendly and tidy flatmate.

The rent is £830 per month, all bills are included. The deposit is £830, which will be returned whenever you decide to move out. Notice period is also one month.

Fibre Optic Broadband, Satellite TV Connection, good pressure hot water.
We treat this place as our home, not a random shared flat.
