The kitchen is large and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven). Bus 419 stops right in front of the building, convenience store and post office is literally next door.
We are 3 friendly professionals (1 lady and 2 gentlemen). Looking for friendly and tidy flat mate.
The rent is £850 per month, all bills are included. The deposit is £850, which will be returned whenever you decide to move out. Notice period is also one month.
Fiber Optic Broadband, satellite TV Connection, good pressure hot water.
We treat this place as our home, not a random shared flat.
