Room to Rent – Female Only

A room is available in a family home where I live with my three children — my 6-year-old and my 2-year-old twins.

I’m looking for a female tenant who is comfortable living in a family environment and understands that the home can be busy with young children.

Please note:

* No male tenants or male visitors are permitted in the property.
* The property is a family home, so someone who is comfortable around children is essential.
* Looking for someone respectful, clean, considerate and reliable.
* This is a quiet, family-oriented household rather than a suitable property for parties or frequent guests.
