The lodger would give 15 hours a week of their spare time in exchange for affordable accommodation. Someone who enjoys, and is good at cooking is very important.

• The lodger would have 2 rooms and their own bathroom at the top of the house.
• Double room with a chest of drawers for clothes. There is a single bed in the room at present, but the landlady would be happy to purchase a double bed if needed. There is additional storage in a cupboard in the adjacent room.
• Sole use separate office with a desk, TV and couch, ideal if you work from home.
• Sole use bathroom with a bath and overhead shower attachment
• WI-FI included
• Parking
• Washing machine and dishwasher

• There is a cleaner for communal rooms
• There are no pets at the home, so this is not appropriate for anyone with pets

🛌 THE IDEAL LODGER:
The retired older lady is looking for a lady or male lodger over 35 years of age who can assist 15 hours a week with cooking and a bit of company. Cooking is the main support needed, so someone who enjoys cooking and can cook at 3-5 evenings a week would be highly valued. This will suit someone working from home or from an office or hybrid working. The retired older lady enjoys reading The Times, listening to the radio and books. This is not appropriate for a couple or anyone with a pet.
