Hi there!!
We are two working individuals (and friends) that looking for a third flatmate for our lovely flatshare. The room is one of the 3 in the house with similar dimensions and there is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
All furniture that you see in the pictures come with the room, apart form the white desks, that the current tenant is willing to give for a minimal fee.
Rent is 900GBP per month and Bills come between 150-180GBP per month (including Council Tax).
The room is in great condition and available for someone to move in straight away. Although, our landlady is lovely and super responsive, and will be open to paint if you prefer.
We are generally looking for an easy going and happy, working individual (PHD students also welcome) who ideally doesn't work only remotely from home.
The overall storage space in the flat is limited so the room will be ideal for someone with not an extremely amount of items.
The area of the flat is great and safe, very close to nature and Regents canal. Shops and super markets are in a 15 min radius too. In terms of connectivity, we are very close (10-15mins) to Kings Cross, Angel and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Stations and many bus stops!
