Spend the festive season in a spacious ground-floor flat in Barnsbury, right between Islington, Angel and King's Cross.

Available 12 December to 4 January. Happy to let it for the whole period or part of it.

The flat
• One or two bedrooms (+£150 per night for 2nd bed) depending on what you need. One w/ King bed, one w/ double bed and office setup.
• Large bathroom with bath and shower
• Big living room with high ceilings, timber floors and a working electric fireplace
• Large, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery
• Private backyard with a table for six
• Lovely natural light throughout

All inclusive: bills and Wi-Fi covered, plus street parking permits if you need them.

The area
A short walk to Caledonian Road, Highbury & Islington, Angel and King's Cross stations. Great local pubs on the doorstep, including The Albion, The Drapers Arms and The Hemingford Arms. Highbury Fields is close by, the restaurants and bars along Upper Street are a short stroll away, and there are supermarkets within easy reach.

Price: £800 per week, all inclusive. Additional charge for second bedroom (£ 150 per week).
