Double Room Available Late August

Looking for someone to move into a large, spacious house on a quiet road near Baron’s Court tube station. The room is a double on the first floor of the house. It gets light during the day and has built in wardrobe, bedside table, desk and other storage. The room is fully furnished. 

You’d be living with two people who have both been there for several years apiece - an English guy and Spanish guy. They are sociable and friendly but you get plenty of ‘you’ time as well. It’s an extremely spacious and welcoming house, with all mod cons, including a large-sized backyard. 

The place is within walking distance to Barons Court (10-12 mins), West Kensington (13 mins), West Brompton (16 mins), Fulham Broadway (19 mins), and Hammersmith (20 mins) tube stations, with lots of bus stops nearby too. There’s lots to do in the area in terms of pubs, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, and other activities, as well as being just a 15 minute walk to the Thames River Walk.

Bills are not included and are £115 each per month which includes a cleaner every fortnight.

Room is available at the end of August but move in date in flexible.
