A nice friendly reliable non smoking professional who is bright, respectful, easy going, clean, neat and tidy. (Mid 20’s to mid 40’s age range)
(11)HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation)
This house has a licence from Hammersmith & Fulham Council and is of an approved standard in terms of fire doors, fire alarm system, means of escape & approved landlord.
(12)STREET PARKING
A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham at around £100 for 12 months. Alternatively, you can pay by the Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm which works out at £6 per hour or £48 per day!!!
There is also a ULEZ charge of £12.50 per day so using a car is very expensive.

(14)Travel time (London Underground average journey times)
Although in Zone 2, the travel time is fast into Central London on the Piccadilly Line without having to change. The Piccadilly Line is frequent because of the Heathrow Airport / Central London link. Times from Barons Court to:
