We are looking for, kind, clean, considerate, solvent, working, social, professional person. We are very friendly household, but largely independent. Someone who is mid 30s-40s. This house is not suitable for someone in their 20s.

A few non-negotiables:
- Strictly non smokers only and no pets allowed.
- Clean people ONLY
- Would only suit someone who works regular office hours. Due to the layout of the house and disturbance to other housemates, we don't want someone who works late hours/shift work/nights.
- We are looking for someone considerate and most importantly CLEAN (and someone who doesn't need to be constantly asked to clean up after themselves!). If you think it's ok to leave spills/crumbs on the kitchen counter, or dishes in the sink, this isn't the house for you. If you are a bit OCD or bored of cleaning up after others, this is the house for you!

Rent VERY LOW for this area!! This house is gorgeous and a total bargain because we look after it so well and have a great relationship with the landlord.

Very well connected location: 7 minutes walk through park to Baron’s Court for Piccadilly & District line, then only 15 mins into town and 30 mins to Heathrow.

5 mins walk to buses and supermarket, 10 mins walk from Hammersmith, 20 min walk to overground. 10 mins walk to the river and we are surrounded by fab pubs and restaurants.
