As our current flatmate is moving out after 2 years of living here. We are looking for our new flatemate!

🛏️ The Room:
This is a furnished double room priced at £850 per month, with bills averaging around £110 (summer) (water, energy, high-speed internet, and council tax)

🏡 The Flat:
Comes with two bathrooms including one shower. Good sized living room. Open kitchen with two fridges and a freezer. Lastly a really chilled outside space.

📍 The Location:
Just a quick 5-minute stroll from the station, with the District and Piccadilly lines. Plus, there are grocery shops and gyms nearby, so you'll have everything you need within reach.

👥 About Us:
We are both 26 year old young professionals. We are pretty tidy people looking for someone to join the chilled vibes of el gaffo. We are also quite sociable and like having people around. Looking for someone to join with abitta craic.

About you:
You have to be LGBTQA+ friendly and tidy. Ideally, we would prefer a young professionals of a similar age who is happy to hang out in the flat now and then and looking for a place to call home.
