Double room to rent over summer

We have a double room that we are looking to fill from 8th July-8th September. We are 3 girls who went to school / uni together looking for a 4th person for a short time. The house is lovely there is a kitchen with a separate living / dining area which has doors into our private garden. There is one bathroom shared between everyone with another single loo downstairs.

We would ideally be looking for another girl aged between 22-26 years old; someone relaxed and sociable but who also enjoys a chilled night in watching a film.

Ideally we wouldn’t want someone working from home, none of us do except sometimes on Fridays; so a similar situation would be ideal!

Bills aren’t included but generally cost £80 a month for gas / electric, water, WiFi and council tax.

We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks which costs £25.50 a month per person.
