We’re Moa and Emily and we’re thrilled to open our doors to a new flatmate in our beautiful house.

About the house:
Our home is more than just a place to live; it’s a haven where you can unwind, relax, and truly feel at home. With a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll love coming back to.

The single bedroom:
Your new bedroom is filled with natural light, making it the perfect retreat after a long day. It is a single room that has space for the desk, a built-in wardrobe, and shelving.

Rent:
£580 + bills/council tax (band D). Gas and electricity normally comes to around £30 a month

Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a new flatmate who shares our values of cleanliness and respect but also someone who can add their own touch of warmth to our home. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly belong – then you’re the one we want to meet!

Excellent transport links to Hammersmith and Barons Court stations
Plenty of buses nearby that connect the house with main areas of central London

Availability:
The room is available starting August 1st. We’re looking for someone to move in soon, so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
