I have lived in the house for 30 years and have just split it into two flats. I live in the top flat.

Hammersmith with the Hammersmith and City Line is 10 - 15 mins walk.
Fulham Palace Road with buses and small supermarkets is 10 mins walk and there are bigger shops in Hammersmith.
There are some nice cafés near to the tube station
The river is 10 mins walk away - so lots of opportunities for exercise and head clearing!.

We are quite a quiet, hard working house, so I am looking for someone similar.
This would be ideal for a young professional or post-grad student.

About me
I have lived here for 30 years, I work locally as a physio and conservationist and have always had lodgers. Because I now also work in Wales and Cumbria I am away quite a bit - which is why I decided to divide my house into two flats.
