Small Room, Great Value

Sadly I am moving out of this quiet, leafy Margravine Gardens maisonette and the room is available from 9th December. The current flatmates are going to schedule chats over Zoom first to get a chance to talk to you, and then schedule an in-person flat viewing after that.

The room is on the cosier side and is great value (£685 pcm before bills, which includes cleaning twice a month). It looks out onto back gardens, so it’s very quiet and you get a lovely green view! Bills and tax are about £110 additional monthly. Photos can be found attached.

You would be living with Lucy, a museum-working, food-loving brummie, and Chris, a professional opera singer who spends much of his life on the road. We are friendly and courteous housemates and they would prefer a responsible, tidy, non-smoker to take over the room. Please bear in mind there is no living room in the flat.
