I’m moving out of this lovely place and looking for someone to take over my room.

It’s a spacious double bedroom in a quiet part of Hammersmith, just 10–15 minutes’ walk from Barons Court and Hammersmith stations, 2 minutes from bus stops, and about 10 minutes from the River Thames. Right behind the property, there’s also a bike-sharing station.

The room is on the middle floor of the house and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a large desk, and a chest of drawers. The house is an end-of-terrace property, so you only have one set of neighbours. It features a downstairs WC, a bright and roomy kitchen/living area, four bedrooms, and a main bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub on the top floor. There’s also a generous back garden, a garage for storage, and a private driveway.

Bills are not included in the rent, but they cover council tax, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

You’ll be sharing with two guys and one girl. Ideally, we’re looking for another female flatmate to keep the balance, but the main priority is finding someone who’s tidy, easygoing and friendly. The room will be available from mid to late September.
