I’ll be leaving my lovely flat in Barons Court – Fulham around mid-October. I’m also saying goodbye to the best flatmates I’ve ever had and will truly miss them!

Total rent: £1,053 per month, including all bills (~£96) and council tax (£40.14)
Fortnightly cleaner for £40 per visit (shared cost)
Deposit: 800£

Close to Barons Court and Hammersmith stations (7 and 15 minutes’ walk), providing easy access to the Piccadilly and District lines; The Hammersmith&City line is also nearby
Nearby amenities include a charming pub (The Pear Tree), lovely parks, and plenty of gyms to choose from.
Additional facilities are easily accessible in the ammersmith area

The Room:
Large double room fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair, and mirror
Bright and airy with a large window overlooking a private internal garden

The Flat:
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen
Large living room
One bathroom plus a separate water closet
Private garden in the internal courtyard

The Roommates:
Two laid-back Irish flatmates in their 20s — one guy and one girl
Friendly, easy-going, and respectful of personal space, they’re lovely to chat with but also value privacy
Looking for someone with a similar vibe in their 20s who enjoys spending time in common areas but respects cleanliness and tidiness
Please note: the cleaner comes once every two weeks, so keeping the flat clean between visits is important

Minimum stay: 6 months
