Hi!! I’m moving out of my flat at the beginning of December and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is shared with 3 of the loveliest girls who are all working professionals. The room available is 1 double bedroom with great storage (built-in wardrobe) in Hammersmith & Fulham area (Council Tax Band - C). The closest tube stop - Barons Court. It’s a sociable, clean, easy going flat. The girls enjoy movie nights, pub trips, going out for flat meals when schedules allow it and wanting someone to match the vibe! The flat is on the second floor of the building, opening living room/dining area, 1.5 communal bathrooms, decent size kitchen and a lovely little balcony area too. The flat is also furnished and the girls are big on making it feel homely.
