Fortnightly cleaner for £50 per visit (shared cost)

Location:
 Located just behind Barons Court station and just a 10 minute walk to the thames. Hammersmith stations is also just 15 minutes’ walk, providing easy access to the Piccadilly and District lines; The Hammersmith&City line is also nearby
. The area is nice a quite with not alot of noise pollution.

Nearby amenities include a charming pub (The Pear Tree), lovely parks, and plenty of gyms to choose from.


The Room: 
Large double room fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. (As I am moving to Australia some of the furtinute can be yours' if needed such as the big mirror). 
Bright and airy.



The Flat:
 Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges. 
Large living room
One bathroom plus a separate water closet
. Private garden in the internal courtyard

The Roommates:
 Two laid-back flatmates (27 and 26) — both young professionals. Friendly, easy-going, and respectful of personal space, they’re lovely to chat with but also value privacy.
Looking for someone with a similar vibe in their 20s who looking for a lil wine, dine and recline in a lovely lil gaff. 



Availability: 
Available from 8th December. Minimum stay: 2 months.
