I’ll be leaving my lovely flat in Barons Court – Fulham at the start of February. I’m also saying goodbye to two housemates, Mari (26) who is Norwegian and enjoys knitting and James (30) who is a kiwi, very chilled and enjoys travelling.

rent: £838.88, electricity and internet (£44.62) and council tax (£40.14). (Total: £923.64 per month)
Fortnightly cleaner for £50 per visit (shared cost)

Close to Barons Court and Hammersmith stations (7 and 15 minutes’ walk), providing easy access to the Piccadilly and District lines.
The Hammersmith & City line is also nearby
Nearby amenities include a charming pub (The Pear Tree), lovely parks and plenty of gyms to choose from.

The Room:
Cosy double room which is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair, and mirror.
Bright and airy. Although, it is on the smaller side, I have lived here for 2.5 years and found that the large living space makes the flat feel larger.

Who we're looking for:
Someone friendly, easy-going, and social.
