G'day all!
We have 1 room available in a 3-bedroom terraced house in Fulham. Our current flatmate is moving back to Australia end of February & we are looking for someone to fill the room. We are advertising for 4-8 months, as us that remain are exploring options to relocate to a smaller 2 bed sometime before or at the end of our current tenancy agreement at end of November.
Current flatmates and friends in the house are myself (Matt - Paramedic) with Xavier & Sophie in the top floor bedroom. Xav is a public servant Lawyer and Soph is Physiotherapist.
Hoping for a working professional who enjoys a social house but also respectful of personal space and shift workers. We LOVE a tidy house and a clean kitchen, so grubs need not apply!!
The advertised room itself is on the 1st floor. It is a double room, with space enough for a king size bed, and shares a bathroom with me (matt). The room comes part furnished with some drawers and a wardrobe, with the possibility of purchasing Alex’s Ottoman bed and 2 year old “Emma” mattress to avoid any extra hassle.
There is an open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar & separate dining area and living space on the ground floor + a small study currently mainly used for laundry/storage. We also have double doors out to a private garden at the rear of the property.
The property is situated on a quiet street, 10-minute walk from Barons Court and/or West Kensington tube station (District & Piccadilly lines). There is also easy access to West Brompton for the overground line. We are super close to the river & closest pubs are The Pear Tree, The Crabtree or The Curtain’s Up, all within 5–10-minute walking distances.
Available to move in from 1st March as soon as tenancy checks have been completed with the landlord. We deal directly with the landlord who is lovely. Our current tenancy is up until 25 November 2026 so any new Tennant would be signing into the existing contract until then which has a break clause from May onwards.
£1000 excl. bills approx £115/month to cover Water, gas, electricity, council tax
£1317 deposit which is held in the government DPS
