House with garden in Barons Court/Hammersmith

We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house and are looking for the right person to move in! The ideal housemate is clean and tidy, loves to chat and catch up but also respects each others' need to decompress at the end of a long day.

The house is a 3 minute walk tp Barons Court station ( District/Picadilly)and just over 10 minutes to Hammersmith bus and underground stations. We are also a 10 minute walk to the Thames for lovely river walks. It's a great place to live if you love nature- we have a spacious garden and are a 2 minute walk from a beautiful green space. We are also conveniently located for High Street Kensington and the West End; Piccadilly Circus is 20 minutes away on the tube.

There is a lovely sense of community in the street; throughout our amazing neighbourhood WhatsApp group, we can borrow or swap things conveniently and it makes a great neighbourhood watch. Our street is leafy, beautiful and safe. The garden backs onto the railway line and you can hear the trains outside but thanks to newly double glazed windows throughout the house, noise inside is minimal.

There are two living rooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. There is a downstairs cellar. th3e bedroom has aa bed with can be used as wither a single or a double bed and has ample storage space and a desk. The house is fully furnished so you really only need to move in with your personal things.

It would be great to find another like-minded professional ( preferably female) who likes to keep tidy, is sociable and friendly. We have a cleaning roster that everyone contributes to, to ensure that a the house stays nice and clean. Cecelia is from China and Kate is from the UK/Belgium so although we speak English we enjoy languages and learning about each others' cultures. We are sociable, enjoy cooking, exploring, a good film, going to see exhibitions and the like. We have been known to enjoy a good pub quiz or two and socialise but this is definitely not a party house. It is also a non-smoking house.
