The house generally appeals to internationals since it is all inclusive, cleaned weekly, fully furnished with TV, Broadband & all cutlery, crockery etc… so if you travel light everything is here. Also, you have the advantage of sharing with other people new to London.

This house has a licence from Hammersmith & Fulham Council and is of an approved standard in terms of fire doors, fire alarm system, means of escape & approved landlord.
(12)STREET PARKING
A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham at around + £120 for 12 months. Alternatively, you can pay by the Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm which works out at £6 per hour or £48 per day!!!
In addition there is a local authority daily tax called the ULEZ Congestion Charge of £12.50 per day.
