Pretty room in four bed terraced Victorian house

House is on quiet road five minutes walk from barons court. Have side return and decked garden.
It is a family house, with four bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I have a fifteen year old son and eight year old daughter- both pretty quiet. So week days are relatively peaceful.
Looking for quiet female who wants room from Mon to Fri. I am flexible in that if tenant needs to stay over weekends, that is no problem.
Room has single bed but could take a small double. The bed is from feather and black and can turn into king.
Would consider short term let as well as long term.
