Single Room in Luxury Flat

Hi there,

I have a single room in a luxury apartment on the riverside in Battersea available from 1st June. It’s £1100 per month all bills included. It has great transport links and right next to the Royal College of Art.
There is currently a desk in the room but it can be moved out so I have included pictures of both room layouts.
I work in hospitality doing events and operations so my work schedule can be anything from a day of admin from home to weekdays in the office, usually Tuesday to Friday and occasionally I'll be running an event until 4 am.
My best friend, other tenant, works as a manager in a nightclub so works nights 5 days a week - she sleeps during the day and is at work at night so you'll likely never see her.
There is also a friendly cat called Socrates and a spirited Pomeranian called Lala.
