Double Room - Zone 1 Battersea / Nine Elms

Hello :)

Our lovely housemate Alannah will be relocating to New York, so we are looking for someone to join our home in Battersea/Nine Elms end of October (exact date TBC).

The Room:
A spacious double bedroom which comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. You'll be sharing the main bathroom with Simon.

The Flat:
A 3-bedroom flat on the first floor with an open plan kitchen/living room area (no balcony). It is fully furnished so we're not looking to add anymore furniture to the communal space.

The Building:
A serviced building with concierge, cinema room, gym, communal workspace with bookable meeting rooms, bike storage and a communal garden space.

The Area:
- 4 mins walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line)
Only 7 mins on the tube to Waterloo
- 15 mins walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line)
- 30 mins walk to Chelsea
- 45 mins walk to Trafalgar Square

Battersea Power Station has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. If you enjoy green space, Battersea Park is just around the corner. There is also a Sainsburys, Waitrose & General Store nearby.

Your flatmates:

Simon - 30 year old Irish guy who has lived in London for 8 years. Works in the city for an investment bank and is in the office 5 days a week. Plays badminton and a bit of golf around London - enjoys all things beer & sport!

Jane - 31 year old gal originally from Norfolk/Suffolk who has lived in London for 13 years. Works in finance in the city and is in the office 4 days a week, 1 day at home. Loves playing/watching sport, eating out and coffee!

We met at a local badminton club a few years back and have stayed friends since. We are both outgoing and respectful individuals who would welcome a friendly and tidy roommate.

Rent: £1525 per month (incl. bills)
Deposit: £1529
