Flat is situated over 2 floors and there is a lot of space. Open living and dining room, with small balcony and spacious kitchen including washer + dryer.

The room available is good size double room, it is unfurnished. There is additional storage space shared in the flat too that is available to use. One flatmate has an ensuite meaning there is 1 full bathroom and a smaller toilet to share between 2 flatmates and yourself. The flat has a garage currently not used (other than light storage) by other flatmates.

We are looking for someone who is social around the flat but also likes to have their own space too. We are Katie (33) Gina (27) and Hannah (27). We have different interests and social groups but like to do flat dinners and drinks or watch TV/movies together at times.

The flat is close to many bus links into the city centre and the nearest tube is South Kensington, Sloane Square, and Clapham Junction station (all ~20 mins away). We are very lucky to be 5 minutes away from Battersea Park and 2 minutes from a small shop.
