THE ROOM

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe.
The current flatmate may also leave the desk and chair, but this is yet to be confirmed.

The room is available from 1st December.

THE FLAT

The flat has a shared bathroom, an additional separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony.

Battersea Park is just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a bus stop a 5-minute walk from the flat, and Battersea Park station is around a 15-minute walk away. Battersea Power Station and the Northern Line are approximately a 15–20-minute walk away.

RENT & BILLS

Your share of the rent is £703 per calendar month, with bills coming to approximately £100 per person per month.

FLATMATES

You'll be sharing with two working professionals, Marta (32) and Monika (35).

We're looking for a responsible, tidy, non-smoking working professional. Ideally, we're looking for someone who doesn't work from home full-time. No couples.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so we're looking for someone who shares the same mindset. We're not a party household; we enjoy spending time together but also value our own space and privacy.
