Available on a Monday - Friday let for 1,000 pcm including all bills, with flexibility over days if some weekends are needed.

I have a cat called Rameses who is quiet and calm and will let you stroke him if you are patient with him.

I have recently renovated my home and garden and would like to live with people who are considerate of my space and privacy and also open to having interesting chats and the odd glass of wine, shared meal, when we both have time.

I work in the office 3 days a week and wfh 2 days from the lounge. After work I like to go to the gym or go for drinks locally, there are many bars and restaurants nearby.

I like to have a quiet house in the mornings and evenings but when I have time I also enjoy music and a good chat.

Would suit someone post graduate educated, who goes out to work, socialises outside the house and appreciates a calm clean environment to come home to.

Initially offering a 3 month let, with option to be longer if we are the right fit.
