Double bedroom in a quiet 2-bedroom flat

Hello all,

I am looking for a flatmate to share a spacious, quiet and tidy flat at Battersea from Oct 2025. The flat is fully furnished. Ideally suits someone who is calm, treats the place as a home for both of us, and who is not home working.

I am a mature RCA MA Ceramics Student. With the intensive study ahead, I want to use the flat as a place to relax and rest. I am friendly, easy-going, and can be sociable but am not an extrovert by nature

There is no TV in the flat but a full panoramic view of the city to enjoy. The flat is on the 7th floor in a resident building with elevator and secure entry.

The spare room has a double bed with a comfy mattress and a large build in wardrobe. There are blinds at night for privacy for each room.

The flat is airy, full of light and double glazed hence quiet at night. The rent is £995 per month ( payable one day before end of the month) plus bills ( around £120 each per month depending on the season usage for gas/electricity). I have everything set up already hence will share the bills to split 50/50 between us each month.

The flat has high speed wifi and I just installed a booster so all rooms have good wifi signal. I also just had the outside window cleaned as well as adding some soft furnishing to the flat.

in terms of transport, bus stops are close by to travel around the city. The closest subway would be south Kensington, or Imperial Wharf Station. It is also 2 mins walk to RCA Battersea campus, a large Co-Op. larger supermarkets include Lidl, Waitrose, M&S are also available. It is walking distance to Clapham junction station also
