I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in Battersea (SW11). The room is available from 16th of November , and the tenancy is initially for 6 months (with some flexibility).

📍 Location
Fantastic area — Battersea Park is only a 5-minute walk away, and Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station are both within a 20-minute walk. There are also plenty of bus stops just a few minutes away, plus Tesco and lots of nice local shops nearby.

🏠 About the Flat
You’ll be sharing a two-bedroom flat with me. The available room is bright and comfortable. We’ll share a clean bathroom, kitchen, and a cozy living area — perfect for relaxing or watching a movie.

👩‍💼 About Me
I work in civil service, and mostly from home. I’m friendly, tidy, and considerate — I like going to the gym, seeing friends, travelling when I can, and having chilled movie nights at home. I’m also a non-smoker.

🤝 About You
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, easy-going, and respectful flatmate — ideally a professional aged 28–35 who’s friendly and sociable but also enjoys their own space.

As I work from home most of the week, I’m ideally looking for someone who works from the office during the week. I’m also looking for someone who is definitely a non-smoker and who enjoys a relatively quiet home.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone who treats the flat as their home, keeps shared spaces clean and tidy, and is considerate of the person they’re sharing with.
