Small Spacious Room In Heart Of Battersea

Hi! :)

Im Sam, I live in a small three bedroom flat with my mum and currently have a small bedroom available for rent.

The room is furnished and comes with a small double ottoman bed, great for storage, chest of drawers, a TV, vanity mirror, full length mirror, and a shelving unit. You will also have your own closet space which you can utilise.

The rent is quite low as there are cons that come with living in this property. My mum is disabled so we have carers who come in and out of the property three times a day, sometimes even more depending on the day, so It can get chaotic in here! It is also to note that when it comes to washing clothes, you will need to get it done in the laundrette if the washing machine is not free, as a lot of washing is done in this house, but Sundays there is usually space in the evenings :). We also have a tumble dryer and a cleaner that comes once a week on a Tuesday, you will need to contribute £85 if you want your room cleaned.

We also have a pet in the house called Pablo, he is a 6yr old Jack Russell and we all come as one package deal, he does bark but is very friendly and acts as security alongside our Ring Doorbell System, which you will also have access to.

You will be able to use the kitchen and bathroom, as well as stove etc and the room I am happy for you to hang pictures and make the room your own.

We also have a large garden with egg chairs if that tickles your fancy ;)

Sorry but this is a female only home, and I would prefer a working professional and someone that has a health care background, due to my mums condition.
