I’m a Canadian living in London and working in fintech. I live a fairly busy, active life and usually go into the office 2–3 days per week, so I’m ideally looking for a flatmate with a similar routine.
Outside of work, I’m into Pilates, running, cooking, and spending time out with friends. I’m sociable and friendly but also really value personal space at home. I keep the flat clean and well looked after and would love to live with someone who’s similarly respectful, thoughtful and easygoing.
I have the en-suite bedroom, and the room available is a large double room with its own private bathroom, including a bathtub.
Building amenities include:
• Gym
• Private cinema
• Co-working & meeting rooms
The flat is a 5-minute walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line), with Waitrose and Marks & Spencer nearby, plus an easy walk to Battersea Park.
Rent is £1750 + Bills for water, electricty and heating, council tax (around £100-150 p/m)
Wifi is included and free from the building.
Open to a female or male flatmate.
I'm moving in 31 January - so ideally looking for a flatmate who can move in between 31 January - 1 March 2026 - I'm flexible between these dates.
