Looking for a neat, respectful person to take over a room lease for a beautiful and cozy 2-bedroom flat in Battersea. You must have the right to rent in the UK, as your name will be on the contract.
*We're looking for a long term tenant who's interested in staying for at least a year (lease ends in September, but, with the new Renters’ Rights Act starting in May, it will become a monthly rolling contract with no end date). We're also working with an agency, which requires either a UK guarantor (who's a close relative & homeowner) OR a monthly salary of £3000.

Rent for the room is £850 pcm, heating is included and the remaining bills each month come to around £100 per person (wifi, electricity, water, Wandsworth council tax band A). Deposit is £1125, which you'll get back in the end. Fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage. The room has wall-to-wall windows with gorgeous views and tons of natural light. The living room and kitchen are also beautiful, with a TV (Fire TV), microwave, dishwasher, and combo washer/dryer.

The flat is within a short walk to Battersea Park and ~10min walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). It’s also a 3-5min walk to two rail stations (Battersea Park and Queenstown Road) and next to several bus stops. In terms of outside amenities, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are a 5min walk away, The Gym Group Battersea location is less than 10min away, and you’ll be surrounded by great cafes, pubs, bakeries, and restaurants. There's also a library 4min away.

You’d be living with a very nice and quiet Irish/Spanish flatmate (28M), who’s currently working part-time while he acquires a UK certification in line with his bachelor's degree (Exercise science).
