SW Battersea Single Room - Female Household

Hello!
Our lovely flatmate of 5 years is moving out, so we are looking for a new person to join our nice flat in Battersea

About the Room:
- x1 single bedroom with a lovely sun-facing window and plenty of floor space. Current flatmate chose to have a single bed, however a double could fit
- Furnished Room (wardrobes, bed & drawers)
- Wifi included
- Council tax & Bills included
- Monthly cleaner included
- x1 shelf in the fridge and freezer each
- x1 drawer in bathroom each
- x1 kitchen cupboard each

About the room/flat:
- x4 bedroom flat, you would be on your own floor (1st floor)
- Other x2 flatmates are on the 2nd floor
- x2 shared bathrooms
- x1 shared kitchen
- x1 shared living room
- Plenty of cupboards for sharing storage
- x1 washing machine
- x1 oven & hob
- x1 Microwave
- We do not have a cleaning rota, we operate a 'leave it as you found it' and a 'if you make a mess, clean it' system
- If shared items such as; washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin bags etc are needing replaced, we will take turns to purchase

About Us:
- We are x2 young female professionals ranging from ages 27-29
- Most weeks we are in and out of the flat to go to work and outside fitness/socialising.
- We enjoy a catch up in the kitchen or a drink at the local pub.
- We are mature Londoners that enjoy a calm household to recharge in
- Twice a year, when Love Island comes around, we will watch in the living room together - no pressure if you are not into the show!
- One flatmate often works on the weekend, and the other often works from home twice a week

What we are looking for:
- A mature female in her twenties that also enjoys a calm, tidy flat to return to.
- A young professional that we can chat with, or go for a drink, but equally appreciates a quiet household.
