Looking for a roomie in Battersea 💕

I’m 31 and work as an EA in Private Equity. I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, and outside of work I enjoy going for dinners, travelling, going to the gym and taking dance classes.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate who wants the flat to feel like a lovely home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally, I’d love to live with someone I can genuinely get along with and hopefully become friends with — someone who’s happy to have a chat after work, watch Netflix together, have a glass of wine or pop out for dinner, while also respecting each other’s space.

I’m not looking for a party flat, more someone fun, relaxed and good company who enjoys having a lovely home and takes care of the space and who doesn’t mind living with a very friendly cat!

The flat itself is a stylish 2 bed, 2 bath in Battersea with a separate living room and kitchen. It’s right opposite the park, a very short walk to both Battersea Park station and Battersea Powerstation underground.

N. b. Rent and bills for the room available come up to c. £1550 (£1375 for room plus bills). The room comes unfurnished, however the landlord might have a spare bed if needed, this needs to be confirmed.
The larger bathroom also comes with this room as I have an en-suite.
