**DROPOUT** double room in 4 bed Battersea

I am looking for one more person to join this 4 bedroom home to replace my housemates who are sadly moving out! The room is available from the 3rd of October so we need this filled ASAP!!!

You'd be living with me, Philippine (23) and Eric (27). Ideally, we'd be looking for a girl for the mix of the house.

ROOM (£1075)

Upstairs and facing the front of the house, with a wardrobe and chest of draws, and of course the bed.

THE HOUSE 🏠

Its a lovely semi-detached house that gets really good natural light, with 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a living room, a large driveway for at least 2 cars and a patio/garden out the back.

Bills come to about £100 - £120 per person a month.

A BIT ABOUT MYSELF 👋

Im 26, working in public relations with a particular interest in Sustainability. I work a hybrid role of around 2/3 days in the office a week.

Looking for sociable flatmates who can hang out together, watch movies and go to the pub with, but also like a balance of their own space sometimes too!

LOCATION📍

Located close to Lavender Hill, meaning there are lots of shops and food places nearby.

Lidl and Asda about 15-20 minute walk away.

Great transport links with Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Battersea Power Station all about 20 mins walk, and plenty of buses.

Clapham Common and Battersea Park are lovely to get some green space, too!
