Friendly house share in Battersea

After six fabulous years I’m looking for someone to take over my room with the lovely Lucy, Carol-Ann and Veronica. We are all friendly, fun, career drive women in our late 20s/ early 30’s. We all have busy lives but like to go for a drink together when we can.

THE HOUSE
Deceptively spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a good size kitchen/living space, all spread over three floors with a large garden- which is a real sun trap in the summer! The girls moved into the house unfurnished and therefore own all of the furniture in it, and would be open to any additions you’d like to bring, or any personality flare you’d like to add. Bills are approx £100 per month covering everything from Wandsworth Council Tax, gas and Netflix. We also have a cleaner come in every two weeks.

THE VACANT ROOM:
A good sized double bedroom on the first floor- with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. At the back of the house so lovely and quiet away from traffic noise. I share a large bathroom with Carol-Ann only as the other girls have en-suites. The furniture in the room is owned by me, but there might be a couple of things I may be able to sell on.

THE AREA is amazing;
We are a very short bus journey from Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction rail station. A 15-20 minute walk to Battersea power station for the Northern line too. Buses run from our road into Central London (and up to common/junction in 5 mins) and the journey takes about 20 minutes. We are very close to both Battersea Park and Clapham Common, which are great for running, picnics and drinks in the sun!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone, a guy or a girl, who is in their late twenties, or early thirties. Being clean and tidy is essential as we try and make the house as homely as possible. We all work hard during the week and have busy lives- but catch up with a cup of tea in the kitchen or drinks at the pub.
