Kitchen, 2 bathroom and a small paved garden space access dependant as entered through one of the tenants rooms. Looking for a similar person to fit into the house. Keeps things tidy, has thier own life but doesn't mind chatting in the kitchen or hanging out on occasion. Location is great with lots of transport links and shops for all your needs near by. Also a short walk from the power station and the tube there. Rent is £650, deposit £750 and all bills come to around £110 to £130 a month, some times costing more in winter.
