We are looking for a social professional to fill a furnished double room in our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat. The room is available from 1st December 2026.
THE ROOM:
Superking bed, extremely spacious, en suite with views of the thames.
THE FLAT
The flat is massive and in great condition, with a spacious living area downstairs and large bedrooms upstairs. It also boasts amazing river views over west London. We have a shared terrace upstairs which is great for entertaining in summer. You'll be in a double ensuite room with river views. Bills are not included and up to £170 pcm which includes a fortnightly cleaner.
We have a concierge on site which helps with deliveries and a handyman available to repair small household things as needed.
THE LOCATION
The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 20 minutes walk from Battersea Park.
Bus from outside of the flat goes direct to victoria
THE HOUSEMATES
You'll be sharing with 3 guys; 2 work in management consulting and 1 is a Dentist. We all work a mix of home/office and tend to keep to ourselves and appreciate down-time during the week. On the weekends we often socialise together and enjoy heading out to the pub or gigs. We're looking for someone who can fit into the house dynamic well.
