Double room to rent near Power Station!

We have a room available in our 3-bedroom house and are looking for a like-minded professional to join our home.

Move-in date: Someone needs to move in on the 17th or earlier, so please get in touch if you’re available by then.

A little about the house:

- Shared living room and kitchen
- Separate bathroom and toilet, shared between the housemates
- Bills included: Water, council tax and internet
- Bills not included: Gas and electricity

A little about us:

We’re two working professionals in our late twenties, both working full-time and generally out of the house during the day. We’re looking for someone in a similar stage of life who also works full-time outside the home, as we’re not looking for someone who works from home.

We’re friendly and sociable, and occasionally enjoy spending time together, whether that’s ordering a takeaway, having a drink or catching up after work. At the same time, we all have our own friends, hobbies and lives, so we appreciate having a good balance between being sociable and having our own space.

Ideally, we’d love someone who is considerate, tidy and respectful, and who wants to feel at home while being mindful of sharing a space with others.
